Research to find out how to increase revenue because of their ever increasing costs per aquisition. 

Problem: Analytics was showing a small percentage of first-time customers purchasing after receiving the discount code. Then after urveying customers we found out that it was taking too long  to receive the promo codes.


Solution: Getting the team to deliver the promo code email within 5 minutes instead of up to an hour increased the amount of first-time customers by 51.5% resulting in an extra $300K in annualized revenue.
